Our original PatentWear High Five design is printed in full color on a classic pre-shrunk 100% cotton men’s/unisex t-shirt using an eco-friendly water-based ink process, in shirt colors as indicated. The large design is printed on the front only. Some element colors in the design change slightly depending upon whether it is printed on a dark or light shirt.

The Story

After a favorite sports team scores a winning point, it’s understandable to want to give out high-fives to your fellow fans. But, what if no one is there to receive your high five? Enter the “high five apparatus” for which U.S. patent number 5356330 was granted to inventor, Albert Cohen. It specifically “allows a user to simulate a ‘high-five’ in celebration of a positive event, thereby providing the user with a convenient outlet for the release of excitement,” according to the 1994 patent description. Simply affix the high-five machine to a wall or set it on a table, and improve hand-eye coordination and mood by giving the plastic hand and stuffed arm (with sleeve color to match your team’s colors) high-fives at your convenience. No friends necessary!

Sizing & Fit: Women’s T-Shirt

You can’t help but feel great in this fashionable, feminine cut, ring-spun tee. It’s soft, light and will hold up to repeated washings. Made of 100% combed ring-spun cotton, except for heather grey (contains 10% polyester), and dark heather grey (65% polyester). Classic semi-contoured silhouette with side seam and seamed collarette. Fit type: Misses. Primary brand: Anvil.

Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not dry clean.

If you’re unsure about sizing, the best way to determine a correct size is to grab an existing favorite t-shirt, lay it flat, and then measure it.
To find the bust size, measure from armpit to armpit. To get the length, measure from neck/shoulder corner intersection to bottom of hem (see illustration). Double the garment width to determine the chest/bust circumference measurement, and you’ll find it will generally fit.
